With 20 years of experience in market research, public affairs and brand reputation management across France and Canada, Jennifer brings a deep and diverse perspective to her work. Her background spans the supplier side, client side, and government, enabling her to deliver holistic solutions to complex challenges. She has guided multinationals, banks, and airlines through high-profile mergers, shaped economic policy, and improved service delivery for many departments of the Government of Canada. She has also worked extensively with Canada’s not-for-profit and association sectors, with a particular focus on health and healthcare.
Chris Martyn

Chris has over 30 years experience in Public Affairs and market research. Most recently he was the Chief Research Officer for Ipsos Public Affairs (2000-2022).
Chris has worked on literally thousands of domestic and international research programs, covering everything from CX and Brand/Reputation to communications, issues-management and crisis-management. His specialty is understanding the synergy between people as consumers and people as citizens and its impact on economic and social behaviours. He is also well-versed in Behavioural Science.
